In a couple of days time video game giant Konami will be releasing the latest version of Metal Gear Solid. It's called the Phantom Pain and is set to be a huge success judging by previous releases in the series.
The reason I am telling you this is because one of the new game mechanics is passing time by using an e-cigar. The inclusion of an e-cigar is a relatively small part of the game but I get a little kick out of seeing vaping being involved in such a mainstream game.
In earlier versions of the game a cigarette was used that drained the life bar over time. I'm interested to see if the e-cigar affects health. I think the in game switch to using an e-cigar is one that should be appreciated, even by a virtual character in a virtual world. Who knows, one day we may see video game characters using a GG, wouldn't that be something!
